When I want to go places,
I grab a cushion,
Sit still,
And move from my head
Via my heart
To arriveĀ at home in the Self.
When I want to go places,
I grab a cushion,
Sit still,
And move from my head
Via my heart
To arriveĀ at home in the Self.
I take my mind out
And put it in my pocket.
Finally!
I can walk around more mindfully.
The path to Being
Passes Egoism
Intersects with Awakening
Flows into Emptying
And continues along Serving.
I went for a long walk
To unlock the door
And let my wisest Self in.
Now, I sit still
To keep the door opened.
When it’s finish, you continue on.
So, take a break,
If you need,
Then keep going,
Keep being the journey.
Every new day is pregnant with good,
And is our opportunity to be a midwife.
Be so filled with the Divine that whenever you are with others they see and hear nothing from you; but experience the expansive, all-encompassing embrace of Infinite Love.
The inner journey leaves footprints in your outer world.
So, watch where you walk.
While walking through the forest, I heard a voice whisper, “Greetings, walking tree.”
What a relief. I was never alone.
Close your eyes to open the Mind,
FindĀ solitude to be connected to All,
Take a million steps around the world to be at home,
Sit still to grow,
Keep silent to communicate to the world,
Let everything go to be swept up by Love.
