No Mind, No Fear

Fear is a product of the mind.

Nothing else.

If one is afraid of snakes, then later eat that snake. Have they consumed fear?

Of course not!

That person simply consumed a snake. Then what happened to the fear of the snake?

Either it is still alive in the mind, or returned to its dormant state of nothingness, waiting, hoping to be revived again.

Keep fear dormant by keeping the mind at bay through deep contemplation.

No mind, no fear.
