If you love deeply,
Your heart
Has already
Been shattered
Into a thousand pieces.
Pick up the pieces
Place them
Into the hands
Of your
Most liberated Self.
It will not
Put the pieces
Back together.
No. No.
It will purify them
And send them
Out into
The world
To love a thousand souls.
P.S. if you ever want to put
The pieces back together again.
Don’t.
But if you really, really want to try,
I may know where one piece is.
It’s doing wonders over here 😉
Nature is pregnant
With a kinder humanity.
She will give birth
Any day now.
Don’t be concerned
About who the
Father is
Just take good care of her.
Today, I am high
On the breath
Of the earth
And grounded
In the mist
Of a new human birth.
Whether up or down,
Life is alive!
Whether for
One minute,
One hour,
Or one day
Sitting on our meditation cushion
Prevents violence,
Preserves lives,
And lovifies the
Human heart.
I tried to stop the mind from thinking.
What a joke!
As if I could stop the sun from shining.
These two are powerful forces of nature.
Neither good nor bad,
And often quite helpful.
When the mind is not,
The best I can do
Is to find some shade
Under the branches of mindful presence
And all-inclusive Love.
Nothing in this whole universe
Moves faster than
The speed of Love.
So, slow down.
Breathe.
Rest.
Love has already won.
I was on my way to the Light,
But ended up in the Dark.
I lingered there to find out what wisdom it had to impart.
It told me,
Life is the Dark that lives in the Light.
Live!
To be at peace,
Shatter your mind to pieces,
With the magical touch of Self acceptance.
To experience letting go, let go of letting go.
I am adrift, without arms or a boat, in the Infinite Ocean of Love.
Do not try to save me.
